I was very sorry to hear of Ben's passing. I knew Ben from St. Andrew's and we also rode in the same carpool. He was funny, kind, and made the long drives to school much lighter. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

I am so very sorry for your loss of Ben. Ben and I met over in Desert Shield and we became good friends almost immediately. Ben was light hearted, great sense of humor, had a big laugh, and had a kind and caring Heart. Since being notified of Ben's death it feels like a piece of my past has been cut from me. Ben and I could talk over the phone and laugh and remember about the times we shared over there and now I do not have that connection to that part of my past that I shared with him. I was very lucky to meet Ben he was a good friend a great Marine and a loving Marine brother that I will miss dearly.

So sorry to hear the news about Ben. As I think about all of the times we had together growing up, I realize what a true blessing he was and your family was to me and to my family. Nothing is more important than great memories and that was his lasting gift to me from our many adventures together. May God show you his love and give you strength through this difficult time.

I am truly saddened to learn that you are mourning the loss of your dear love one Benjamin. We all know that the sting of death is very painful, however, God promise that soon death will be swallowed up forever along with the pain and sorrow it brings. (Isaiah 25:8) As for the many that have fallen asleep in death, he promise that they will be ressurrected to life, here on earth. ( John 5: 28,28; Psalms 37:29) May this hope helps you in your time of bereavement.

So very sorry to hear of Ben's passing. He and I both attended St. Andrew's, lived on Isle of Hope and carpooled together to St, Andrews. What a great goalie he was on our soccer team! My prayers are with you all during this most difficult time.

My deepest condolences go out to your family, it's never easy losing a loved one. You might take comfort in God's promise found at Revelation 21:4 where he says "he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away." This verse gave me some hope when I experienced loss, I pray it will do the same for you. May your warm memories also give you strength to endure this hard time.
